A challenging, but wholly addictive means to gaining that extra power, speed and agility on court!

The session lasts around 30 minutes including a few minutes of warm-up and cool down! It's fast paced but so varied throughout that the time flies by! Every week sees a different workout so you never know what's coming!

WARNING: Participants will experience improved squash performance, fitness and agility. There's only enough space for around 10 people and spaces are filling fast! Don't be scared! Once you've tried it, you'll love it. Access all ages and abilities and work to your own pace throughout. Just £4 per session too! Improve your game and physical endurance…
