Metafit is a squash-focussed group fitness training programme run by Ryan on Court Three every Monday at 19.45. A challenging, but wholly addictive means to gaining that extra power, speed and agility on court! The session lasts around 30 minutes including a few minutes of warm-up and cool down! It's fast paced but so varied throughout that the time flies by! Access all ages and abilities and work to your own pace throughout. Just £4 per session too! Improve your game and physical endurance…
