Metafit is a high intensity workout class that runs for 45 minutes. In that time you will warm up, stretch and cool down properly with our Metafit Coach. The workouts are tough but only as tough as you want them to be. If you need to take a break then do so and go at your own pace. The workouts benefit Squash movements greatly and you'll soon find that after a couple of sessions you are covering the court with more finesse and ease than you were before. Come down and give it a go.
